Istanbul Welcome Card is a company that creates innovative travel experiences to European destinations. Our services combine tickets, tours, multi-lingual audio guide apps for major attractions, with optimized frequency and flexibility. It all started in the 1970s, when we were one of the first companies to organize package tours and charter flights to Turkey for our expatriate citizens in Germany who wanted to visit their homeland during the summer holidays. With the revival of tourism in the 1980s, we started to organize special interest tours and even more charter flights to Turkey and were the first Turkish operator in Germany with an IATA license.

With the upsurge of international fairs in Germany in the 1990s, and the demand for hotel allocations during the busy fair days, we established our incoming sales department for the German market. Online travel agencies, bed banks and MICE agents around the world showed great interest in international trade fairs and began to use our service network and hotel allocations. In the early 2000s, we discontinued our air ticket services and started to focus on tours, tickets, experiences, incoming and accommodation service as an inbound wholesale operator with hotel allotments all over Europe.
